Someone appears to be lost here. Maybe it's you, coming to this barren place, expecting to find a wealth of information presented with the most advanced technologies known to mankind, yet finding only this poor substitute for a "Hello World" page.
Or maybe it is indeed me, the server, who has lost or misplaced precious content and, out of sheer desperation, tries to make the oversight look less miserable by seeking your forgiveness and understanding.
